CFTO offers its customers three major species of tropical tuna, whole, uneviscerated, frozen directly on board its tuna boats:
For the canned food market and the tuna steak market (direct human consumption)
Albacore or Yellowfin Tuna (YFT)
The Skipjack Tuna (KJ)
The Patudo or Big Eye (BE)
These three main species are classified according to their weight and market.
Their quality is checked by CFTO when the tuna is landed. The jewel in the crown of these catches is the Albacore tuna weighing over 10 kg, with an average weight of between 20 and 80 kg, and some specimens reaching 100 kg.
Our goal is to satisfy all our customers, from the largest to the smallest. To deliver the tuna, CFTO uses chartered cargo ships and refrigerated containers adapted to each request.

To ensure true traceability for our customers, we rigorously and exhaustively monitor the documentation chain.
At the ports of destination, CFTO always assigns a representative to liaise with the receiving customer and ensure their satisfaction.
